SCS_Extracted this is a way to unpack scs files in the games: ATS and ETS2 for changing and modding them.
This version SCS_Extracted is improved. more convenient to use and does not depend on the number of scs files.

ATTENTION! I made this for myself and maybe you do not need it.
RAR-archive SCS_Extracted_18.05.2024.rar ~1MB contains the files: #_SCS_Extracted.exe, ReadMe_.txt and extract_3.jpg.
ALLOWED DISTRIBUTE THIS ARCHIVE WITHOUT USING THE ORIGINAL LINK.

Start installation:
Run the SCS_Extracted.exe file and specify any location convenient for you on any disk and the SCS_Extracted folder will be created there
Need free space for unpacking ALL scs files of two games is approximately: 57GB in ATS + 103GB in ETS2
Afterwards, in the created folder SCS_Extracted read Manual__Read_Me_.txt to continue.

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods

In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods. You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
