Enhancements for Kenworth w990 by Harven (Frank Peru).
Includes the following:
– added SCS “luminance.changer” to OBC so its appearance changes when ambient light changes.
– PIVA’s interior cabin lights (“driver’s plate”)
– Frank Peru’s flying-dragon hood ornament (“deflector”)
– increased leanout and in-cabin views via mouse (inspired by SystemSoldier X). (Harven provides a great key-assigned leanout view.)
