This version does not crash when increasing combos on large maps.
Put it above the mods-cards.
Tested on 1.43 with Promodj, Promodj Middle East, Rus Map, Southern Region, Great Steppe, Roux, RedSeaMap and Road to Asia.
Changes:
– Map settings for ProMods 2.60.
– Extended background is now the same as the standard size background.
– Fixed missing city points in 1.43.
