This is a fairly standard 4-bolster log trailer made by Sparta Manufacturing out of Tallulah, Louisiana.
Wheels:
This mod is compatible with my wheel pack. Make sure you have the Wheel Pack set with higher priority than the trailer(s) in the Mod Manager. This trailer uses the 11R24.5 Goodyear G314’s on steel rims.

You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
