To clarify, any reshade presets can be used in newer or older version of ETS2, for exemple, this version of Bleak was made using ETS2 1.46, but can also be used on whatever version (1.38, 1.39, 1.40 etc…).

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods
In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods. You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
Man did you really put 75MB of pictures in the file for a 1.5MB mod???
This is the dumbest idea I’ve ever seen, thx for the presets and the settings but pretty please for a next release just include an imgur gallery link in the readme lol.
