SCS now have the white cement mixer available in the freight market, so the Cement Mixer mod now adds the yellow one and has both in traffic.
Where it came from:
Someone anonymous did one for earlier versions of both games but it didn’t get updated after an SCS update. It was credited to Jazzycat but although it used his truck models it never appeared on his web site, so I assume his participation was without his knowledge. This one is based on what the original did, but only uses SCS models, has been kept more or less up to date and has had extra bits added to it.
What it does:
Adds drawbar double, HCT double and B-Double trailers in ETS2 traffic.

ETS2 Double Trucks For CIP Sound Mod
SCS trucks adapted to use CIP’s improved sound mod. REQUIRES ETS2 DOUBLE TRAILERS IN TRAFFIC MOD AND MUST BE PLACED ABOVE IT IN THE MOD MANAGER.
ETS2 Jazzycat Doubles
Traffic versions of the double trailers Jazzycat’s Trailers & Cargo mod. REQUIRES JAZZYCAT’S TRAILERS & CARGO MOD AND THE ETS2 DOUBLE TRAILERS IN TRAFFIC MOD.

Allows double SCS trailers for cargo-carrying in areas outwith the base/DLC maps. STANDALONE MOD.

Adds SCS concrete mixer trailer in traffic plus the yellow version in the freight market. STANDALONE MOD.

How to install ETS2 mods or ATS Mods
In Euro Truck Simulator 2 it’s easy to install mods. You just need to download mod from here, copy/unzip files into: “My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod” folder or if you play ATS please install mods to: “My Documents\American Truck Simulator\mod” folder. To unzip files you can use: WinRAR or 7zip. After that you need to activate the mods you want to use.
