WEEK 5 Changes:
*Actualized prices for diesel fuel in the states on 3.1.2019
*Changed source to get the average cost of diesel fuel, prices are now more accurate

-This mod should have the highest priority over other economic modifications!
-For the rest of the states (added by mods) prices are about realistic.
-Updates every week.

Prices are valid only for current states by default:
-Arizona: $2.89
-California: $3.79
-Nevada: $3.07
-New mexico: $2.91
-Oregon: $3.06
